FAQ

Where are you based?

I'm currently based out of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Can I customize an order?

I can try to accommodate any requests. Feel free to email me with what you would like!

How do you price your products?

I usually determine the price by the size of the print. Moreover, oil painting prints tend to be more expensive than acrylic or watercolor (or any other medium) because of the time spent on them.

How do you print your products?

Currently, I use Mpix to print my work. In the future, I am hoping to invest in a quality artist ink jet printer as I expand!

What is your shipping policy?

I ship within two weeks of receiving the order. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive after shipping! I use USPS as my shipping service. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the item.

Do you ever offer free shipping?

Not at this time. I try to recoup shipping material costs this way, and make sure you get your artwork in one piece without tears or breaks. Thank you for understanding!

What shipping materials do you use?

For larger prints (11 by 14 inches), I use mailer tubes. This is the best way to prevent prints from bending. For all smaller prints, I use rigid mailers, plastic sleeves, and caution stickers to prevent the print from bending.

How often do you send out orders?

I typically send out orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

What should I do if the print or original is bent during shipping?

I would highly suggest placing the print or work under heavy items, such as textbooks. This, unfortunately, does happen despite all precautions taken sometimes.

What is your returns & exchange policy?

If an item is damaged upon arrival (i.e., completely ripped up), please contact me immediately after receiving the item so we can start the refund process. Send me a picture of your bent item and describe what the issue is. The more detail, the better! Contact me as well for missing items or check in with your delivery service. Bent prints or originals do not qualify for a return.

How can I contact you directly?

Please use the contact form for any inquiries or questions.
