Unfortunately, I cannot process refunds unless the item is significantly damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged (ripped up) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Bent or folded items do not qualify for refunds. Please ship your item back to me so I can inspect it and issue a refund. If an item is missing, please use the Contact Form to get in touch with me or check in with your delivery service.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Stickers cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please use the Contact Form to initiate your specific refund request.
You will be notified once the item is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
